Sunlight filtering through a dense forest of bare trees during sunset or sunrise in autumn.

Inspired by the Winter Solstice that will be directly behind us, and days with increasing light in front of us, we’ll use the Northern Hemisphere’s midwinter symbolism to guide our time together in Circle.

We’ll reflect on where slivers of light can be found in our experiences of darkness these days, and how we can use those slivers as resources. Not to turn a blind eye to what’s painful or scary, but to connect with our heart’s wisdom and bolster our ability to be in fuller relationship with all that’s happening for us, personally and collectively.

Dear Self, Welcome Home: A Healing-centered Yoga Retreat

Join us in the Pocono mountains of Pennsylvania at the Himalayan Institute to reconnect with your True Self.

Our time together will weave yoga with emotional healing practices that invite you to slow down and feel what’s alive in your being. Receive light teaching about the neuroscience and healing power of emotions based on the award-winning work of Hilary Jacobs Hendel, LSW and Sarah Peyton. Practice what you learn through gentle experiential exercises and healing Circles to bring home tools of self-awareness you can carry forward.

Collective Healing for the Great Transition: A four-part Lab series

Fellow change makers, systems thinkers, sacred & subtle activists, collective healers -

Join us for a 4-part Lab series on collective healing. Each week we’ll explore this time of great transition we live in from the lens of collective healing: both as a practice to nourish us individually and as community, as well as a tool to presence deeper wisdom from the collective field. We'll use the WH4A Circle model & other awareness-based practices to process the more subtle dimensions of our lived experiences and co-create new insights we can take forward with us.

Climate Circle Series

A four-part series of We Heal For All Circles that use emotional mindfulness and embodied empathy practices to create space for the many normal feelings and moral grapplings that come with working on behalf of climate justice.

Hold space for your grief and confusion in order to give birth to new insights and hope.

Surround yourself with a conscious community of practitioners who will share openly and listen empathically. This is a space to tell our stories, fuel our work, and unearth deeper wisdom that's needed for these times of change.

Steadiness within the Change

A three-month Circle journey that uses storytelling & yoga to process deep personal and collective change. The body holds stories. Whether it’s grief, sadness, anxiety and rage; or hope, insight, clarity and wisdom, we invite you to use this time together and these practices to support the parts of you that desire to be seen, heard and held exactly as you are.

Through simple practices of meditation, storytelling and gentle yogic movement, we’ll share our stories and speak from the heart about our personal lived experiences with the current times and beyond. Our current circumstances will be the entry point to explore deeper layers of change taking place in our lives and the futures we wish to birth for ourselves and the collective.

Through gentle movement and yogic inspired practices and breath work, we will embrace, embody, and evoke our bodies’ innate wisdom to heal. As we move, we heal the deeper consciousness within. We can place salve on past wounds as we acknowledge them, care for our current traumas and experiences, and set a grounded foundation for our futures by practicing tools that we will be able to use forever.

Healing Racial & Social Injustice Circle Series

Identity-specific cohort for white-identifying women

A special 4-part Circle series for white women to gather and create space for processing racial and social injustice. A place to process and heal ways we as women tend to internalize injustice, as well as hold space for ways our own racial privilege and cultural blind spots show up in the world; what we're hospicing within ourselves: personally, intergenerationally and on behalf of the collective.
