We Heal For All Circles

Support group-style community space that uses meditation, storytelling, & resonance practice to process what’s going on in the world

You don’t have to carry the intensity of the world alone

We need each other right now.

What’s happening in our greater world is too much for you to hold on our own.

Those of us who pay attention and care about things like rising authoritarianism, polarization, environmental breakdown, injustice, violence need community space to support our inner worlds.

To grieve, rage, grapple, and feel. To be held in our not knowing, and to give birth to new types of insight through the honest work of being present with what is.

None of us can go this alone, and we’re not meant to.

Join us for an upcoming Circle to be supported just as you are, and to co-create wisdom you can carry with you into how you’re showing up and of service these days.

What is a We Heal For All Circle?

Support group-style community space for collective healing

Facilitated group experience of meditation, storytelling & resonance practice

An infographic titled 'We Heal For All Circle Model' displaying five stages of a healing process, represented by icons and descriptions: 1) Arrive & ground with a candle icon, 2) Meditation with a person meditating icon, 3) Storytelling & resonance practice with a group of three people smiling, 4) Cool down & integrate with a person's head showing a spiral, 5) Gratitude & goodbye's with a candle icon.

Circles use meditation, storytelling, and resonance practice to help people process what they’re experiencing as it relates to the world, so they can unearth wisdom within what they feel, and be of better service to these transformational times.

People come together in community—online or in person—to slow down, come into their hearts, and share about their personal lived experience with this time of change and how it’s affecting them.

We use two main healing-centered tools:

  • Guidelines for Listening & Sharing—what we agree to practice while in community together. Designed to make the space as constructive and supportive to as many as possible.

  • Resonance Practice—a form of embodied empathy and emotional mindfulness that keeps our listening active, rooted in our bodies, and of service to the group.

Reflections from community members

  • Horizontal in nature. Socially inclusive in practice. Rooted in liberation practices.

  • Based in cutting-edge research in emotional mindfulness and embodied empathy.

  • Philosophical views and perspectives. Backgrounds, beliefs, and bodies. Relational & somatic tools support diversity.

  • Hold space for new insights to come through. None of us have all the answers, all of us have wisdom to offer.

  • Connect with yourself, others, and that which is greater than you (the collective, Spirit, the Universe, the human family, etc.)—whatever that may mean to you
