Collective Healing for the Great Transition

A four-part Lab series

Friday’s 11am-12:30pm EST

Jan 20th - Feb 10th, 2023

With the Emerging Leaders Project & co-held by Inga Carey

A convergence of crises is opening a gateway for humanity to evolve towards a more mature, awakened global civilization—if we have tools to work with it.

Collective healing is one of those tools.

As changemakers, we are conduits for this time of great transition.

Each of us is tapped into issues, dynamics, tensions, and opportunities that are unique to us and our callings.

Whether you care about the climate crisis and biodiversity loss, or human rights abuses and social justice, or making technology more ethical, or actualizing human potential through consciousness development…

Collective healing is a tool we can use to be those conduits & show up to our callings more fully.

The transformation we're working towards requires not only our head and hands, but also our heart and spirit.

Collective healing offers us a practice to tend to the latter and process the more subtle dimensions of this time of change—the emotional, psychical, and spiritual.

We do this to nourish ourselves.

Connecting with each other in this way, around these topics, helps us show up in our own lives more whole-heartedly and well-resourced, better able to respond and be of service.

We also practice to nourish the collective.

By processing the piece of the larger system that we hold and are connected to, we begin to shift the collective field we live in and are constantly co-creating.

Through attunement, resonance, and coherence, we're creating containers with the presence, clarity, compassion, and resilience needed for essential collective healing to unfold.

This work needs all of us—everyone & our full selves.

We’d love for you to join.

Fellow change makers, systems thinkers, sacred & subtle activists, collective healers -

Join us for a 4-part Lab series on collective healing. Each week we’ll explore this time of great transition we live in from the lens of collective healing: both as a practice to nourish us individually and as community, as well as a tool to presence deeper wisdom from the collective field. We'll use the WH4A Circle model & other awareness-based practices to process the more subtle dimensions of our lived experiences and co-create new insights we can take forward with us.

  • In our first session we’ll build our community container and begin to put words to our sense of what the great transition is. This will serve as seeds for our Circles to come.

  • Through the We Heal For All Circle model, we’ll use healing-centered practices to slow down and allow the wisdom of our own personal lived experiences with this time of great transition to come through. Our community field holds all that arises as we practice the art of vulnerability (open shares) and embodied empathy (resonance practice). We’ll generate new understandings and insights about these changing times by creating space for how it shows up for each of us, which allows collective wisdom from the spiritual and/or evolutionary field to emerge. ption text goes here

  • Another round of the WH4A Circle model.

  • What does collective healing offer the times we live in? For us as individuals & for our collective evolution. In our final session we’ll zoom out to meta-process and explore what potential we see in this practice and how it applies to the times we live in that we can bring forward with us into our work.

It is rare to have a place to pause, to listen to, and then voice our grief, our hope, and our commitments around the times we live in in such a resonant community.
— Peter T, climate coach
I think the future depends on groups like this one - sitting and discussing uncomfortable conversations, collectively - so that no one feels lost, left behind, forgotten.
— Lauren D, doula & entrepreneur
A beautifully inclusive, tender way to approach and discuss such heady topics like climate change and the future of our world. Topics that can all too often feel overwhelming, and without solution.
— Michael V, writer

Where will we meet?

Lab sessions/Circles are held virtually on Zoom. You’ll receive a link in your inbox with instructions on how to join. We’ll probably set up a WhatsApp group to stay connected in between too.

What can I expect in a We Heal For All Circle?

Circles are 90-minutes long and use practices of meditation, storytelling and resonance practice to support you to connect with yourself, other like-hearted people, and that which is greater than you around this time of great transition.

A theme and reflection prompt will be our entry point. We’ll follow this flow:

Open Circle

  • Settle in. Warm up round of shares.

Meditation

  • Connect with self. Guided visualization to ground & center.

Healing-centered shares

  • Connect with each other. Two rounds of equally-timed shares with resonance practice & guidelines for listening and sharing.

Cool down

  • Connect beyond. Guided visualization to integrate what was experienced & offer up the energy to something greater than yourself.
