Winter Solstice Healing Workshop

Yoga, Sound bath, Storytelling, and Deep Listening to Heal and Restore

A collaborative offering from Shawna Emerick, Liz Benferhat & Anthony Purdy

Sunday, December 12th, 2021

2-5pm

In person

As we move into the darkest days of the year, we invite you to join us for a sacred pause (as Shawna likes to say).

We’ll gather in community and invite you to rest, restore, heal and reflect on the season of life you’re in through the lens of the Winter Solstice.

Our time together will be guided by the invitation to reflect on:

  • What is this season of darkness offering you?

  • What do you need in this season of your life that you can offer yourself right now in this moment?

Warm your feet by the fire of community and through the warmth of your own heart. Be held in this moment exactly as you are.
